My only complaints are that: 1. the vehicle took longer to receive than was initially stated 2. the price was not as good as an out of state dealer I had the possibility to work with, but could not due to to receive than was initially stated 2. the price was not as good as an out of state dealer I had the possibility to work with, but could not due to the seat heater recall. 3. This was my first return to LHM Toyota in a year. I was attracted by the $25 oil change from a respected dealer, not a quick change 3rd party but also needed to have a recall addressed. Francisco was very friendly and helpful, getting me costs on several additional items. I was a little disappointed when my service was completed and the car wash had not been done. I brought this to Francisco's attention and when he couldn't quickly find a car wash attendant he took my car through the wash himself. I found this to be a truly great customer service recovery, the kind of experience found in very few organizations. More
