I was charged for warranties without being asked if I wanted them or even being told that I was getting charged for them. I went back the next day to take to Michael the finance guy he said nothing he ca wanted them or even being told that I was getting charged for them. I went back the next day to take to Michael the finance guy he said nothing he can do that I have to go on the Sandia website to cancel the warranties he charged me for without my permission. I went online to cancel them it takes 4-6 weeks to process and there’s one for 1199 that I can’t cancel. I gave them my trust and I was deceived in return for 3,000$. Also the tint they installed is very bubbly and does not look good (it was raining the day I bought it so I couldn’t tell) guess I learned you can’t trust any car dealership. More
I ordered a vehicle and was told it had what I wanted and it came before tariffs and it did not have one of the things I wanted most, but I needed a car. Then I was preapproved by a credit union and let them it came before tariffs and it did not have one of the things I wanted most, but I needed a car. It turns out they did not use my preferred lender and I thought that was where the loan was. Now I’ve been texting, emailing, and calling back without any response! It is now going on 3 weeks! Stay away! I’m very disappointed in Alejandro, Mel , and still have hope that Ana can help me but my hope is growing thin. More

The salesman who goes by zap is one inconvenience away from a heart attack. I was very put off by his abrasive attitude.
