Not only was he not pushy with the extras, he also reduced the vehicle price to allow for repair needed to the back seat upholstery. He did this because I live in the East Valley, and I would have needed to come to Glendale to get the seat repaired. This way I can get the seat repaired much closer to where I live. Every facet of my purchase was better than I expected. The most important part was that Jim did not try to intimidate me or hassle me into taking anything I didn't want.
