Huge appreciation to Anthony Alfieri, Service Advisor #(623) 842-8676 for getting us immediate estimates, following up with updates, getting best parts, best techs, getting our vehicle in to service a day early, and the work complete a day early (on a Saturday!). When we got to the dealership he was immediately available in person, walked us through every part of the process on site and even followed up after we got the vehicle home. Unfortunately we had poor service with another Ford dealership hung in with them for about 4 weeks blaming COVID, finally we made the decision to go to the trouble to have our vehicle moved to Sanderson Ford with Anthony. The dealership we dealt with was actually Sanderson Lincoln at 2121 West Bell Road in Phoenix, AZ. Our client advisor was Carlton Hampton. It was our first time in that dealership. My brother (Richard) had surgery scheduled when the car came in, so Carlton delivered it to his rehab facility the next week … since the car was for me & Richard wanted to complete the deal as soon as possible.
