Made an appt more than 5 weeks ago for my vehicle. When I got there no one said anything to me. 20 minutes later I had to go an ask someone for assistance. Got the exact truck we wanted. Louie B was superb throughout. Spent less than 20 minutes in Finance with zero pressure to get anything we didn’t want. Purchased a new $85k F350 from here. Sales and service were great. Weeks after noticed the rear axle is off-center and the truck also leans lower to the driver side. Took it to Mike Perrault at Sanderson were great. Weeks after noticed the rear axle is off-center and the truck also leans lower to the driver side. Took it to Mike Perrault at Sanderson service department to have it looked at. They agreed the rear axle was off center by 1.25 inches. Said they needed to talk to Ford engineers about the issues. 6 months later and multiple calls and stops in to the dealership, and never had any resolution. Dealing with Chris in service was very frustrating. I left multiple voicemails for Chris with no response. I offered to pay for them to fix it and they would not do that. Every time I stopped in for an update I got the excuse that "we are still waiting to hear back from Ford engineering". I was also told there were several other trucks in for the same issues. These people do not care once the sale is made and could care less if the customer is satisfied with their service. I eventually sold the truck and purchased a new truck at another dealer just so I would not have to deal with these people. Beware if you have any issues. More
