We were shopping for a hard to find F150 so we did check at a few dealers this time but Sanderson had a surprisingly decent amount of new vehicles compared to others, not to mention the lack of common courtesy we experienced and price gauging attempt at another dealership. We won’t ever try to shop elsewhere again. More

Life saver Anthony Alfieri, was able to not only get my vehicle in for the transmission issues it was having but he was able to get my vehicle back to me within 2 days. I originally had an appointment for vehicle in for the transmission issues it was having but he was able to get my vehicle back to me within 2 days. I originally had an appointment for July 7th because they were backed up, but the day I called in to make the appointment Anthony took the time to listen to what was the issue and told me he would call if an appointment sooner became available. Within 30 minutes of me hanging up the phone he called me and asked me if I could bring my vehicle in. This was on Monday June 27th, I had my vehicle back on June 29th. I was suppose to be without a vehicle for at least 5-7 days. Thank you so much Sanderson Ford and Anthony!!! You are amazing!! The customer service was phenomenal. I will be back!!!! THANK YOU!! Sorry Mr Francis I know you tried but the problems just keep coming. This morning at six am I received my reminder text for the appointment that we set three months ago. That was the first and only text re keep coming. This morning at six am I received my reminder text for the appointment that we set three months ago. That was the first and only text reminder. It was sent literally one hour before my appointment. Sent at 6 am for an appointment that was for 7 am the same day. What sense does that make. I called to reschedule and told the lady who answered service dept phone could care a less and said "I have no control over that". Didnt pretend to care. Transferred me to reservations to create another appointment and after several minutes on hold was sent to a voice-mail to leave a message. This was all in an effort from Sanderson for them not replacing the seal on the oil plug under the truck last time. When all my oil spilled out in the street in front of my house. Offered next oil change free and full detail. I'm going to keep calling till someone answers the phone who can make an appointment then I will never be back. On third Ford vehicle and probably my last. So many issues and further investigation discovered that at Ford Quality is No Longer Job One. They could care a less!!! More
