This is a follow up to the previous rating (comments from previous rating mentioned below). We are completely satisfied. Mr. Garry Woods did an outstanding job all around. Any concerns, disappointments, questions, etc we may have had were all resolved in a timely manner. The incident below was cleared up in away in the next business day. We would recommend Mr. Woods for future sales to family, associates, co-workers, and friends. My suggestion is that Mr. Woods never be held responsible for someone elses short commings but when the ball is in his court, he comes through...even if it means clearing up someone elses mistakes. He gave a positive experience and represented the company well. His efforts personality are outstanding. However, the condition of the new vehicle was less than desirable. As a first time new car owner, the expectation was that the car would be gently used (little test driving)with extremely low milage; less than 50. Suprisingly, the car was dirty (bits of grasslike pieces)and dusty inside, had a large pile if cat food under the driver's seat (like a box or bag spilled) and the milage was high at over 600 miles. This caused anger and discomfort. This is not a feeling of buying a new car. Someone has been using this vehicle. This situation can only be fixed if a compensation was given or if the vehicle is switched to something that is truly new. A recommendation for this company will only take place if these issues are taken care of. The purchase took place today but ended late at night. The sales person is aware of the cat food issue. The person who was supposed to clean the car came out and removed the cat food. Apparently there is an issue with this person not cleaning other cars. Perhaps a better cleaning takes place tomorrow by which a detailed discussion will take place on these matters. More

My car had overheated several times. The coolant bottle exploded once and was towed. Car was also towed for overheating 2 more times after Berge Ford refused six times to replace a failing cooling fan clut exploded once and was towed. Car was also towed for overheating 2 more times after Berge Ford refused six times to replace a failing cooling fan clutch. The BBB ordered a block test. Sanderson Ford service manager refused to do the test saying that he did not want to get involved in problems with Berge Ford. I told him the block test does not get him in evolved in anything, it is only used to determine if the head gaskets are OK. I also told him that his statement did get him involved in my problem with Berge Ford because the only reason for the statement was an attempt to protect the service manager at Berge ford. I had purchased the car at Sanderson Ford, but now I will never go back. There service manager has no regard for customer safety. More
