Great Service Department Previously we had our CPO"d Ford Edge into Surprise Ford who kept the vehicle for approx. a week and in the end diagnosed the issue of our malfunction Previously we had our CPO"d Ford Edge into Surprise Ford who kept the vehicle for approx. a week and in the end diagnosed the issue of our malfunctioning lift gate as OUR PROBLEM and said they would deny Warranty coverage based on the recommendation of an outside contractor. WHAT?????? We contacted Ford Warranty who advised us to take our vehicle to another Ford dealer and we chose Sanderson Ford. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Within several days, the technicians (working with Ford Engineering) discovered a loose wire in the lift gate wiring harness, Reconnected the wire and -- Guess what. We now have a flawlessly functioning lift gate. THANK YOU SANDERSON FORD FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE AND GETTING THIS PROBLEM FIXED. The moral to this story is we will NEVER return to Surprise Ford for any reason. Sanderson Ford is our go to dealer for sales and service. More

Great Customer Service I purchased a Certified used Ford Focus ST from Sanderson. They brought the car to my home to test drive and show me the features. Used Car Inspection Today I tried to scheduled a used truck inspection for a 2006 Ford F150 XLT. Their phone number for service sent me directly to parts. After being tra Today I tried to scheduled a used truck inspection for a 2006 Ford F150 XLT. Their phone number for service sent me directly to parts. After being transferred too someone else. I was then transferred too Claudia in service. The second I said I was calling to set up an appointment for a Used Car Inspection. There was an audible click and I was disconnected. I called back and went through the same process. But this time Claudia picked up the phone and hung up on me without a word. I called back and went through the process again and asked to speak with a supervisor. Which I'm guessing is Claudia because the person I was transferred too picked up and hung up on me without saying a word. The next time I called I called their number for Sales. I explained what had happened and asked to speak with the manager. The person on the other end of the line was dead silent from the time I told him I was having a problem with the service department. They did not say they were going to transfer me or that they were going to talk to someone. Just dead silence on the other end. After waiting for a very long time on hold. I finally gave up. I am an easy going friendly guy. And in my 52 years I have never had a service experience like this. They could have just said they don't do Used Car Inspections or that they are too busy. But that would take a small amount of common courtesy. Something apparently not so common at Sanderson Ford. The man I spoke to in the Parts Department did his job as did the women he transferred me too. But Claudia and the Man in Sales failed miserably as did the supervisor whoever they may be. More

Website is misleading Sanderson Ford's website is misleading. In researching the Ford Fusion Energi, I found via the their website that they had the car I was looking for Sanderson Ford's website is misleading. In researching the Ford Fusion Energi, I found via the their website that they had the car I was looking for in their inventory and at a competitive price. The price was based on incentives, that were only available to lease transactions, but that fact was not communicated on the website. The result was that I drove across town, spent significant time with the salesperson and the technician learning the features of the car, only to find out that when we went in to work the numbers, that the price of the car was significantly different that what was communicated on the website. I find Sanderson's website communication to be misleading, lacking integrity and a affirmation of the stereotype of car dealers as manipulative. Very disappointing. 02/15/17 Update: I want to let you know that Sanderson Ford has changed their website in response to my posting efforts on FB and other sites. While they still made more than a few misleading statements/justifications in course of our public discussion, in the end they did modify their website to reflect a more accurate pricing. I can't say that I want to go buy a car from them now, but I do appreciate that they listened and acted appropriately. My recommendation, be thoroughly prepared and approach dealerships with caution and a critical eye. More

Sold me a Chevy at a Ford Dealer!!! Andrea park was my sales person, and she was phenomenal. After I told them that having a Chevy on their lot was an eye sore and that they should just Andrea park was my sales person, and she was phenomenal. After I told them that having a Chevy on their lot was an eye sore and that they should just give the car to me for free, they didn't agree, but they did give me what I feel was a fair price and after a horrendous week of experiences at the end of the year and month at other dealers, it was refreshing to work with Andrea and Sanderson. They negotiated quickly and didn't waste my time and they treated me with the respect that the other dealers I dealt with sorely lacked. Great experience and who knows, if that new Ford Ranger is as cool as they say it will be, maybe I will put this Chevy Colorado right back where I found it and pick one up! More

Seems there needs to be a lot of money involved or you aren't worth their time. I will take my business where it's appreciated/wanted. I have been trying to deal with Sanderson Ford for several months and they literally will not call you back! Yesterday the Internet Director sent me this email but still didn't care enough to pick up the phone and call me. "Who ever you talked to did not put you in the CRM and probably lost your number.
