Most Professional Advisor Ever Ford rescued me when I needed it by having a technician contact me when I was 200 miles north of Phoenix with my issue. Got a call immediately by your Service Advisor, David Lidster as promised giving me a run down on the possible issues. Called back the next day advising my unit was fixed and ready to go. 2 days later a completely different issue popped up. I called David. He immediately got me in to asses the issue. I was mid way through a trip but David provided compassion and caring for our situation, did his best to get my issue handled, ordered a part in from MI and got it installed. My motorhome was back to me on the date promised. Very professional and the very best of advisors that I ever experienced. He earned the 5 star rating for Sanderson Ford. More
