The process was fast and made the hour drive across town worth it. This is our second purchase from Sanderson Ford and there are many dealers much closer to our home, but we recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle; it is worth the drive in 109 temperatures for such a cool deal! Poor customer service in service We took our Ford F-250 in for a coolant leak at 8:30am. On a Thursday. We were told we would have an answer by 2:00pm. By 2:30 no phone call, I had to We took our Ford F-250 in for a coolant leak at 8:30am. On a Thursday. We were told we would have an answer by 2:00pm. By 2:30 no phone call, I had to contact them. I was then told they wouldn’t even look at the car until possibly the next day! It then may be into the following week before it was fixed. The service advisor had plenty of excuses, but no solutions. I would not take a car here again. The customer service is terrible. How can it possibly take more than a day to diagnose a car and why weren’t we told it would sit for more than a day before it was even looked at. Go to Bell Ford or Peoria Ford. Their sales people are also rude. More

I was taken care of from the minute we walked into the door until I drove my new car home. From water to answering all of our questions we were taken care of. It did take a little while to get the new car ready to take home but that was expected. We were even treated to lunch while we waited. They even programed my phone to the Sync communication program. I would recommend Sanderson Ford to anyone who wants to be treated fairly. More
