As, I was dropping my Edge for service, my wife (which followed me there) hinted that she will like to spend some time "rummaging through the car lot." The end effect, as I find out on the way home is that she is thinking about replacing her SUV with something new (something that she seen on Sanders website). Let's get to the reason why I'm typing here. As I mention earlier, I took my car there for service - to update the navigation system. The quote over the phone was $150.00 and I agree to it. When the time came to get my keys back the bill grew to over $300.00. I obviously question the amount and the simple reply was "you have must been quoted only the cost of parts". Beware and ask twice, will be my advice! As for me … my wife will get her new SUV just from a different dealer and so would I in near future. P. Bracisiewicz More
Sanders Service has always provided friendly supportive service. My only negative experience is that when I come in for oil change and tire rotation I seem to be waiting in cue with other maintenance work. service. As usual , a pleasure to get my truck serviced at sanders ford. From the lady answering the phone to make an appointment up to the gentleman letting me know when the service was complete everyone displayed a ford.
