He kept me informed throughout the whole entire process which was awesome. I usually prefer to work on my own vehicles but it was kind of great that J.B. was able to let me talk to the mechanic Danielle. If you have any worries being a diesel owner and wondering who you have working on your truck he is the man. More
Ok, so I am editing my review of Sanders Ford Service Department. Although I had a bad experience on Friday when I took my car into get the AC serviced, I feel my concerns were more than met and I left s Department. Although I had a bad experience on Friday when I took my car into get the AC serviced, I feel my concerns were more than met and I left satisfied. Let me say that it was not the employees that made my experience bad, I think it was mostly a miscommunication. JD in particular was very professional, helpful and willing to address my concerns. Brad the service manager called me as soon as he discovered my unhappiness and explained everything to me and offered to give me a discount on the service charges. I thank both of them for their help and professionalism. I recommend JD gets a raise and promotion. The service done on my 2010 Ford Fusion was excellent. The AC was fixed without an issue and now in colder than when I first bought the car. I think the measure of a company is how they deal with customers when the customer is not happy. Sanders Ford Service Department addressed my concerns and more than made up for the issues I had with them. Thank you Sanders Ford!!!!!!! More
The service department is near criminal in their actions. I've taken my truck to this dealership multiple times over the past several years for repair and have been a loyal Ford customer for over 14 years. I've taken my truck to this dealership multiple times over the past several years for repair and have been a loyal Ford customer for over 14 years. It was only recently after once again being quoted nearly a $1000 bill for repairs did I start to research costs and reasonable expectations on my own. What I found was shocking. Some examples from my experience: Sanders charges %15 above MSRP for parts which represents a 30% mark-up over wholesale - and this is for a 14 year loyal customer. You can order parts on the internet directly from Ford for considerably less. I had to replace a radiator that was just barely over warranty. After speaking directly with Ford, I received a discount for repairs but after Sanders's mark-ups, the repair still cost me nearly $800. I recently found that a TSP has been released for the radiator; the repair should have cost me no more than $100. My manual locking hubs have frozen to which Sanders wanted several hundred dollars to replace and they left tool marks (damage) on my wheels from trying to force the hubs open. Through multiple sourced, I've since learned that all that is needed was to disassemble and clean the hubs for less than $75. Now most recently, Sanders found a valve on my fuel water separator system that broke off and wanted more than $280 for repairs. After research, I learned that there is a repair kit that doesn't require the full replacement - the repair kit costs $36 from Ford and most dealerships will provide the parts and labor for $140. Also, I had a high pitched noise coming from my drive belt that Sanders's wanted $650 to repair. After researching, I found the drive belt tensioner cost $174 and the belt costs $64 at MSRP directly from Ford. These actions reek of Sanders taking advantage of the largely young Marine customers that have limited experience and even less time to take their vehicles elsewhere. I can’t see how in good conscience Sanders can take such gross advantage of its customers. I certainly in good conscience will never go back. More

Been doing business with this agency for 25 years and with the exception of two incidents of rework necessary I have always been extremely satisfied with the service. When I walk in I am greeted by name with the exception of two incidents of rework necessary I have always been extremely satisfied with the service. When I walk in I am greeted by name, all my service records are available, service is prompt and reasonably priced and thorough. I have known the owners since 1984 and they are approachable and interested in making sure I am satosfoed. I ahve purchased eight vehicles from them and price was within reason. I am a confirmed Ford owner and have always been satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the Fords. More
Where to start. Was in an accident Jan 5th needed body work done. Called and asked after the appraisal was done to get an estimated time to finish work 7 -9 business days .That was good news on my part.S work done. Called and asked after the appraisal was done to get an estimated time to finish work 7 -9 business days .That was good news on my part.So authorized them to start the work. One week goes by no word so I call.Talk to the manager of the shop and he says maybe another couple days.Ok.The two days later manager calls and leaves no message .Call back and he is out to lunch and will return my call after he gets back.Never calls so I call.He says the appraisal guy needs to authorize some more repairs we found some things that need fixing.Ok. How much longer are we looking at 1 more week.So I let a week go buy I call to check on it. Oh it should only be another two day.He told me the week before that the bumper would get painted while they were waiting on the other parts.I say what is taking so long , well we just need to paint the bumper should be done monday. To top it off no news on monday so I call tuesday oh we took it to deatal and relized the paint was messed up so we need to repaint should be ready by thursday.Well today is thursday and its the 2nd of Feb.We get a call vehicle is done and ready to be picked up.My husband takes time off from work to go with me to check it out because he is a mechanic. All parts were suppose to be new.The rim was painted , paint was missing in an area, the bumper foam was suppose to be NEW and they left the old piece all broken and covered it up,The brake line was so close to my tire that sooner or later would have fallen off and caused a major reck with no brakes maybe even kill someone. Two plugs holding the bumper on were missing and there was something all over the upper part of my brand new flex that would not come off. These people are lucky I dont sue ,this is fraud and poor poor service !!What kind of managers do they hire. I will never take another vehicle to these people ever. This is why they never had to file for bankruptcy.I should have learned from the first time they ripped us off and did horrible work but we were told there was a new manager and things were different....YEH RIGHT!!! I hate to see what I could not see to the visible eye this is why its going to a local independent place to check there work. They better hope they did what was suppose to or else....... More
