Sanders Ford Inc - Service Center

Went to Sanders Ford to have a leveling kit installed on 2013 F150. When I showed up I was met by JB who was very polite and appeared to really enjoy his job. We discussed what I wanted done, I signed some 2013 F150. When I showed up I was met by JB who was very polite and appeared to really enjoy his job. We discussed what I wanted done, I signed some papers and I was on my way. I received a phone call a couple of hours later from JB saying that my truck was finished and ready to be picked up. When I get back to Sanders Ford, JB had all my paper work ready and was still in a great mood even though it was past closing time. JB reviewed everything they had done and even surprised me with a very clean truck. I have dealt with many service departments in my life but this was truly the best experience I had ever had. Thank you Mat Raymond, JB and the rest of the staff at Sanders Ford for making my truck look great and also making it an easy and enjoyable process. After an amazing service like this I will continue to buy vehicles from Sanders Ford. More

I just brought my Merc in for basic oil change and tire rotation with coupon. Service was very fast. This Young Man did a great job for me, My 2008 F-150 needed transmission work. I have an extended warranty thru ford. He told me I did not need it I was still under warranty.
