Customer care and speed of service Jonathan Bryant was my service advisor and from the minute we shook hands he gave me his input of what the problem can be. Being a military family, we are always on a very tight budget so I was very worried we would have to break the bank to get our truck up and running again. The people at Sanders Ford were exceptional, especially JB in the service department. He went out of his way to help us get our truck fixed, and he worked with our warranty company to quickly and easily take care of all costs. JB was a shining example of what customer service is supposed to look like, and he has won us as a customer for the duration of our station here at Camp Lejeune. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your Ford vehicle needs. More

In September, I found a note in my phone that said "Sanders Ford: Ask for JB." Not sure who wrote it or when, but I did just that. Ever since, every time I go to the Service Department at Sanders Ford "Sanders Ford: Ask for JB." Not sure who wrote it or when, but I did just that. Ever since, every time I go to the Service Department at Sanders Ford, I always ask for and work with JB. He is knowledgeable, realistic, personable and always gives me detailed information about my vehicle so I can make an informed decision. My car always leaves in a better condition than when I left it, and I never feel like I broke my wallet. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone who goes to Sanders Ford Service Department go talk to JB because he will make sure your vehicle has has what it NEEDS and recommends what it could use now or in the future all while having immaculate customer service skills.
