Warranty service work I purchased a problematic Fusion, from a different Ford Dealership, and ran into issues while In NC. The vehicle was towed to Sanders Ford and JB had I purchased a problematic Fusion, from a different Ford Dealership, and ran into issues while In NC. The vehicle was towed to Sanders Ford and JB had it handled from the start. He was extremely helpful, solved problems, clearly explained the work needed on my car, and had me back on the road in no time. The Customer Service provided was extremely professional and the staff was a pleasure Recently had my vehicle serviced at Sanders for a major issue. Everything was explained in a manner I was able to understand and I felt confident about the work being performed. Sander Ford of Jacksonville and Swansboro NC I drive a 2010 Ford Fusion. In 2013, a herd of 6 deer came out of a tree blind and, though I braked hard, I hit the last one. I made arrangements wi I drive a 2010 Ford Fusion. In 2013, a herd of 6 deer came out of a tree blind and, though I braked hard, I hit the last one. I made arrangements with my insurance company to have the front of the car repaired at Sanders Ford of Swansboro/Jacksonville NC. In late 2016, I began having trouble with the head light on the driver’s side. I took it to our local mechanic who changed the bulb. Then, about a week later, that bulb went out. After close inspection, it was determined that the right assembly that was used in the original repair was defective. All parts were supposed to be new Ford parts, but the one used in our repair was an after-market part. Our local mechanic purchased a “new” Ford head light assembly and installed it. Light fixed. This is where Sanders Ford and Mr. Mykola Sywanyk becomes involved in the issue. I was not aware that there was a warranty on parts that are used in repairs. I was alerted to this by Mr. Sywanyk who advised me that there was a possibility that a defective part used in a repair may quality for a warranty replacement. As it turns out, it did. I want to thank Sanders ford and particularly Mr. Mykola Sywanyk for their assistance with this issue and I will always return to Sanders Ford for my future requirements. More
