No pressure sales; Excellent Customer Service. I didn't come into Sanders looking for a new car. However, with a potential job change on the horizon that could entail more driving, I was leaning t I didn't come into Sanders looking for a new car. However, with a potential job change on the horizon that could entail more driving, I was leaning towards a more comfortable ride. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I had a more in-depth knowledge transfer about all the features of this new vehicle than any other past car purchase from other [Ford] dealerships. Absolutely nothing was missed. I will recommend Sanders Ford to anyone looking for a new or used car. Thank you to the entire Sanders Ford Team that helped make this transaction. 2nd experience this was my second time having to tow my 2015 escape to Sanders in 2 weeks for the same problem. I gave a 5 star rating because they did not charge m this was my second time having to tow my 2015 escape to Sanders in 2 weeks for the same problem. I gave a 5 star rating because they did not charge me to fix the problem previously. Hopefully I don't have to tow it in again in another week for the same problem and they have finally fixed it. I really appreciate that this time they did not charge me again even though they found a different problem for the same exact issue. More

2001 E250 van windshield washer problem Sanders Ford Technician troubleshoot and repaired the windshield washer on my E250 van. The problem was little water was coming out of the nozzles. Sanders Ford Technician troubleshoot and repaired the windshield washer on my E250 van. The problem was little water was coming out of the nozzles. The technician replaced plastic hoses on the windshield washer system and it works perfectly. I am very happy with the results and the service department at Sanders Ford. More

Service Department was easy to work with. I was very happy with the service department. Al gave me a competitive quote on tires and made my decision easy. Four new tires, oil change, state i I was very happy with the service department. Al gave me a competitive quote on tires and made my decision easy. Four new tires, oil change, state inspection and four wheel alignment. I've been buying vehicles from Sanders for 38 years. Bought my last truck from them in 2016. That was a good experience. Was going to buy again earlier this year but felt like I was getting hussled. Probably won't buy again from Sanders but will continue to use the Service Department. They are always easy to deal with. More
