Knowledgeable and friendly staff and great service I had the 20,000 mile service performed on my 2016 C-Max hybrid. Scheduling an online appointment was fast and easy and a service advisor was ready for me when I brought my car in at the scheduled time. Recommendations for routine maintenance at that mileage were explained to me and costs of each service provided. A shuttle was called to take me home once I completed the paperwork and the shuttle was called to pick me back up when the service was completed. A recommendation for tire change due to wear was provided with options for different price level tires given. Overall a great service experience! More

Customer Service was A-1 As a new customer to the dealership, I was treated with courtesy and I noticed every other person who walked in was afforded the same.
