Worked with me to get the best price for tires. Emilie and staff were very helpful in getting me the best price for a new set of tires. Saved me over $300.00! Wow. Also they found an issue with the Emilie and staff were very helpful in getting me the best price for a new set of tires. Saved me over $300.00! Wow. Also they found an issue with the lug nuts when changing the tires. The staff explained the problem and even though they didn't have to did not charge me for a new set of lug nuts. I guess Ford Fusions have been having issues with their lug nuts expanding which requires them being replaced. This is not Sanders problem but Ford's, and Sanders Ford took it upon themselves to correct it. The Sanders Ford Team has it right when it comes to customer service. More

Service needs As a former GM Dealer I appreciate good service. My wife and I were traveling home to Winston Salem from Emerald Isle. VERY friendly and helpful service staff. Visiting family in Swansboro and needed an oil change. Service personell were excellent. Friendly and very helpful. Asked if I also wanted a tire rotation (which I did but had forgot about). Good thing they asked. Found a nail in a tire and fixed. Not good on the interstate headed home. Battery Change Was able to call and bring in the vehicle without an appointment to see why it would not start without charging the battery. After they did a diagnos Was able to call and bring in the vehicle without an appointment to see why it would not start without charging the battery. After they did a diagnostic, they discovered a bad cell in the battery and replaced it. They also did a complete diagnostic to ensure that nothing else was causing a problem. The folks in the office and service area were both polite and knowledgeable. More

Arrived at 0725 was greated by Paul the head Mechanic for the service department of Sanders Ford in Swansboro North Carolina it was a real treat paul. I felt at ease with his vast knowledge and pleasant personality. He was ready and knew of my appointment. When I returned to pick up my Ford 150, I was greated by Emily Smith who is their Service Advisor. She greated me with a smile and a very pleasant personality and very was well updated on my truck. I keep returning mainly due to the sincere and professional attitudes I received each time I use their services. All personnel I came in contact with were proud and pleasant individuals to talk with.
