Let me tell you just how good Alex was. .. I honestly wasn't even planning on buying a car when I came in. I just needed a nice place to cool down. My car's AC went out a couple of weeks ago .. My car's AC went out a couple of weeks ago, and I was suffering so bad on that drive down Hwy 24 that I stopped in for a break! Alex was so welcoming and personable, I just enjoyed walking around with him. He was giving me a fun little tour while I was getting cooled off, and then I had to break the bad news to him that there was NO WAY I could afford anything he'd shown me. My budget was low, and I wasn't even sure I could get financed. Alex went out of his way, literally, to pull a car from around back that met every single one of my heart's desires... especially AC! He even managed to get the dealership to take my beaten down car as a trade-in, and it turned out that I had a pretty good credit score after all. Alex worked with me, and I can be difficult to work with. He was smart, witty, and easy going! In what seemed like no time at all, I drove out of there with the Arctic air blasting, as giddy as I could be in my sleek black SUV with leather seats and brand new tires! I feel so good about my purchase, and I know that I have only Alex to thank for that. He really listened to what I was saying, and didn't push me into anything. He found the one vehicle in the world that I was going to be comfortable driving, and had everything I needed. They even gave me a warranty. Thank you again, Alex, for taking such good care of me!
