We have bought numerous vehicles from Eric Jones and we’ve always been treated like Family. The only criticism I have this time around was for Ms. Valeri Parker (Business Manager). She did our finance paperwork. She was an absolute delight but I would suggest not taking up so much time going over extended warranty’s. Maybe for a first time buyer or a young couple this would be sufficient. Otherwise my suggestion would be give the person or couple a quick overview of their options and cost and move on. Other than that we were extremely pleased with our purchase. More

I was extremely pleased with my experience at the swansboro Sanders Ford. I went to Mr. Jones as a coworker of mine (former test pilot and very particular about things being just right and no BS, for swansboro Sanders Ford. I went to Mr. Jones as a coworker of mine (former test pilot and very particular about things being just right and no BS, former Naval Aviator Navy man etc) given the high quality of the recommendation I knew that Eric Jones was the real deal. We went looking for a demo truck and after a couple days of test driving my wife decided it wasn’t for her. We needed a truck since we just purchased a travel travel so I returned the demo truck and looked for what she had apexes our over Christmas and found the exact truck and color between the website and guidance by Denise. When Eric returned from his meeting in Jacksonville we put the price together and I ran the truck to my wife to test drive to the dealer after work. We closed on it and bought it that evening. My wife is very happy with the truck and I also think it’s perfect for our uses and the atmosphere at the Swansboro branch is exactly what I would imagine in a Ford dealership (I’m a big Ford fan) no haggling knowledgeable and to the point but without being pushy or exerted pressure on the customer. I live .5 miles from the main sanders ford and I love to look there but to be honest there are a lot of hungry young sales reps and I was wary to buy without already having a truck priced through the website to minimize my interact with the ‘young guns.’ I’m so happy that I went to Swansboro. I love that Sanders Ford is so active with the community and my family has been buying vehicles from them for 15 years now and getting our cars and trucks serviced or parts for are vehicles from them. I would highly recommend this dealership. If you want a straightforward answer and a small town southern hospitality, go here. I’ll prob stop by when I can jus to say high. My second vehicle was purchased from Eric Jones, he's been there for over 20 years, even though he was off when I purchased my first truck whenever I come into the Dealership he shakes my hand and has a conversation with me.
