I checked the vehicle out my son drove. I missed the 10 inch hole in seat with a large piece of missing foam. Key fob held together by tape had cracks in it a dropped of key ring. I asked if anything was wrong with the vehicle and nothing was said. I paid 21,000 for a 2013 and not to happy right now. I have to replace these things. I am worried about the check engine light on 3 days after getting this vehicle makes me wonder if there is something else I missed. As a single mom pulling together a large deposit and to have this happen just doesn't sit right with me. More

It isn't everyday that a client tracks a delivery of a new Ford Explorer King Ranch, in Rapid Red :), that has just left the factory enroute to dealership. We had been searching Ford site to find a King new Ford Explorer King Ranch, in Rapid Red :), that has just left the factory enroute to dealership. We had been searching Ford site to find a King Ranch in our area and they sent us to Sander's Ford. We called to see if it was on lot and the price. The young woman on the phone said they didn't have one on lot, but give her the information and she would find out what was going on. Turns out it was enroute!! YES! Since it wasn't a "special" order we instantly said we wanted it. By that afternoon we had all the preliminary information and credit/loan approval. Special Kudos to George Lavenmeier and his unending patience while working with two impatient clients and now had to wait for transit. I received a call in just a couple of day that the KR was on the lot and we were set to pickup the next morning. WOW what a vehicle!!! More
