The man we dealed with ( George) was very pushy and disorganized. Very rude and would never do business with this dealership again. Just a little too bust mid day with one person in finance. I guess everyone was ready to sign their paperwork at one time.I know all companies are having challenges with staffing. My dad was up at t finance. I guess everyone was ready to sign their paperwork at one time.I know all companies are having challenges with staffing. My dad was up at the office earlier that day and thought he was approved and was just picking up the vehicle. A courtesy call would have been nice. I think a Text, emails, things, technology that are available could have sped the process up with some of the prep work online. ANY additional signing info from a cosigner..doc u sign, etc and doing your validation upon arrival. He was very impatient and because of that slow process we spent another 4 hours in your place og budiness and he was ready to start over at another place or different vehicle the following day. More
