We bought a used Subaru from Sanders 6 years ago and we hadn’t been back. Why? We didn’t need to — car’s been perfect. Oh yeah, and then there’s the online car dealer where we got the used Prius 3 months ago. Yep we did that. Submitted online documents 5 times, left the pickup location minus a casing on the passenger rear-view mirror, had our pickup appointment cancelled when we were 5 minutes away. Car insurance was a mess because our policy was in the process of renewing and there was some weird 45 day rule from “Mr Easy Online”. I mean, really. Question? Get in the phone queue like everyone else. Twenty minutes later, someone who couldn’t care less about your situation will assure you everything looks ok online — except it isn’t and it won’t be. Cause you see, you’re not in a commercial. That whole process — from purchase to finally getting the missing part for our passenger mirror took well over a month. So Saturday morning, I told my husband we’re going to Sanders where we can actually talk to someone, and get answers. Three hours later we walked away with a completed deal. Four words: Art Hoyt, Steve Evilsizor. Don’t shop online for a car because you think it’s going to be faster, less expensive (better price, better financing at Sanders), or less hassle (are you fond of uploading docs which never arrive?). No— put on your big boy/girl/them pants and use your words and go buy yourself a car. Talk to someone who cares about your situation, can take all the junk you’re spewing out about why you need a car, how your brother-in-law wrecked your last one, and hasn’t the weather been crappy, and FIND YOU A CAR! Art will do that. He’ll talk to you about the car, let you ask even more questions….and then when you find your car, Steve will pretty much have all the financial paperwork ready for you. He’ll explain title, registration, warranties, any extended service plans, and in just a couple of days after Sanders handles all the DMV junk, you’ll get your car!!!! All along the way Art’s saying “if you can think of anything else, just call me” and Steve’s saying “call me with anything else, just call us and ask for me.” So, please, if you need to be treated like a human being who’s parting with hard-earned money, who’s got lots of questions, and who cares about talking to the same person more than once, go to Sanders. You’ll save time and money, but most important— you’ll get YOUR car and save some self-respect More

Although it took a little longer than expected due to things beyond anyone's control (e.g., waiting for parts; the identification of a new problem after fixing the original problem, which may have contributed to the initial problem; and getting a replacement technician) Jake was SUPER, and answered all questions, and did his best to keep me informed. The members of the technical crew also did a FANTASTIC job on getting my car fixed. I am very happy :o) More
