I was looking for a really good truck with a good price, so I heard about Sanders in Jacksonville so I went there just to see what they have, when I got there we were welcomed by Mister Art Hoyt, who was th so I heard about Sanders in Jacksonville so I went there just to see what they have, when I got there we were welcomed by Mister Art Hoyt, who was the best seller ever, he walked me around and showed me what they have and I fell in love with one of their trucks, Mister Hoyt took me to drive this wonderful truck, he was very patient with me and he explained all the details to me, all I needed to know about this new truck. Good attention and feels like home. I'm very happy with Sanders Ford Jacksonville. And the best part, I got the first responders discount. thank you for all the good work. More

I had a rear transmission problem with my car. My primary contact with Sanders Ford for this project was Jake. Although it took a little longer than expected due to things beyond anyone's control My primary contact with Sanders Ford for this project was Jake. Although it took a little longer than expected due to things beyond anyone's control (e.g., waiting for parts; the identification of a new problem after fixing the original problem, which may have contributed to the initial problem; and getting a replacement technician) Jake was SUPER, and answered all questions, and did his best to keep me informed. The members of the technical crew also did a FANTASTIC job on getting my car fixed. I am very happy :o) More

The man we dealed with ( George) was very pushy and disorganized. Very rude and would never do business with this dealership again. Just a little too bust mid day with one person in finance. I guess everyone was ready to sign their paperwork at one time.I know all companies are having challenges with staffing. My dad was up at t finance. I guess everyone was ready to sign their paperwork at one time.I know all companies are having challenges with staffing. My dad was up at the office earlier that day and thought he was approved and was just picking up the vehicle. A courtesy call would have been nice. I think a Text, emails, things, technology that are available could have sped the process up with some of the prep work online. ANY additional signing info from a cosigner..doc u sign, etc and doing your validation upon arrival. He was very impatient and because of that slow process we spent another 4 hours in your place og budiness and he was ready to start over at another place or different vehicle the following day. More
