Valeri and Breenan were amazing. I contacted Valeri and she started the process by text and phone. Brennan traveled to the other dealership location to retrieve the vehicle we want I contacted Valeri and she started the process by text and phone. Everyone was pleasant that I dealt with. Liz did a great job finding what I was looking for. The only negative I would offer is anytime I have purchased a vehicle new or used from other dealerships it came with a full tank of gas. My mom even purchased a used vehicle from the Nissan dealer 5 months ago and she had a full tank. I was very surprised to see only a quarter tank of gas. More

Sales is great but service is seriously lacking. I wouldn’t recommend service to anybody. It was the worst experience ever. They seem like they have no communication with employees and customers. I turned my car in, an employee said they are going to do an inspection on it and see where it goes from there. I didn’t have a single call from anybody telling me the situation on my car. I turned it in Wednesday, Thursday was thanksgiving so I understand. Friday I didn’t hear anything “I called multiple times” Saturday is a Skelton crew so they couldn’t work on it. Monday I finally got my car back about hassling the service department. If it wasn’t for randy covering it I would never go back to the service department in Jacksonville. Just call the customer and tell them something literally anything. Y’all could have called me and told me the car will take a couple days. I would have been fine with that but I had to call from 2 to 5:30 on Wednesday just to hear they closed at 4:30 like really?? Learn customer service it’ll help y’all out. More
