My wife had previously bought a car from Sanders Ford in Swansboro and liked all the associates there. He never shut us down on price when we asked for a lower one. He simply took our price to the manager and came back with an accepted offer. Through the entire process, he was honest when answering all of our questions. When completing the transaction, we finished with Mykola and he too was very professional and friendly. At no time, did either associate pressure us into making a decision. We felt very good about the vehicle we were buying and about the dealership. There was no hesitation as to whether we were making the right decision. My wife has said that when she needs to trade up her current vehicle, she will definately go to this dealership and most definately will ask for Bruce. More
