Living in Virginia, I wasnt sure how the deal would work over the phone but the salesman that answered (Vinnie Havens) contacted them to purchase it. We were able to negotiate a price over the phone and they agreed to hold the car for my wife to come pick up. The best part was the handling of the paperwork and vehicle when my wife arrived. He was kind, not pushy, and I felt he genuinely wanted to find the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. He was very encouraging and spent the time I needed with him to make my decision with no pressure. I was very fortunate to find the exact model I was looking for, including the options we wanted/needed (or thought we needed!) except for a DVD system. He said that was no problem. They could install one for us. The vehicle was even in the color I wanted! He arranged financing at a fair interest rate and everything went smoothly with all of the paper work!
