I dealt with Jessy at Sanders Ford initially because the location is close and the web site was professional and informative, as Jessy also proved herself. We were there for about 45 minutes walking around and none of the plethora of sales personnel bothered to speak with us. So I called Jessy again and made an appointment to come to Sanders immediately instead of the next day as we had planned. We arrived and were immediately greeted by Phil. He and Zach worked us in, styed late, and were very professional in every aspect of our being able to drive home in the Edge we selected on the internet; and most importantly, my wife was happy.
