My mother in law and I showed up here to get a new car for my wife, we ended up meeting John and he was super helpful, he showed us multiple cars and helped us eventually settle on a red 2020 Ford Escape for my wife, we ended up meeting John and he was super helpful, he showed us multiple cars and helped us eventually settle on a red 2020 Ford Escape hybrid, John was amazing even going so far as to call me on his day off to let me know about a recall going into effect for the car, he also was able to have everything ready for financing and signing of the papers so when we got there everything was ready, he has also contacted the service department and helped us to get the door pin code and even helped my wife to get CarPlay to work on the radio after purchasing, if you are in the Jacksonville NC area and and in need of a car go to Sanders Ford, John will help you find your dream car.
