We met Ralph Tusing as we were looking around the lot. He was walking from the service department to his office, and casually stopped bye, and we engaged in a conversation. There was no pressure on any sale. We sort of knew what we wanted. He suggested we test drive the Ford Taurus we had in mind. Safety and comfort was our main concern. Ralph confirmed both and added features we had researched on the Taurus. He really listened to all our needs, and delivered. Professionalism and service were implemented, and we felt quite comfortable with the outcome of this trip. Rebates were numerous and they were applied to the sale. In addition we were given a very good trade in offer. We are very satisfied with the service provided by Sanders Ford. Above all, we feel that we have made a friend with this dealership. But as we met Ralph Tusing and he communicated with us and took us around, we felt more comfortable by the second. He treated us like we were competent adults, something most salesmen seem to neglect. Ralph was very helpful and steered us in the right direction for what we wanted and what we could afford. Outstanding Service!!! Jason Brown was great. I never felt pressured, was truly honest with all of the vehicle's stats and figures. It all matched up with what I had researc Jason Brown was great. He enseured the entire process went by smoothly and as quick as possible without making the process feel rushed. Kind, honest and respectful the entire way through. But most of all, his commitment to customer satisfaction WON'T be beat! I visited Sander's Ford to purchase an Explorer for my wife. A surprise for our 10th anniversary. I explained to him the importance of the purchase and that I wanted to surprise her with it. What he did was out of this world. As my wife and I ate at Applebees, he brought the explorer to the restaurant and placed it in a way that as my wife and I exited and approached our old SUV, she wouldn't see it parked behind it. Little did I know, he took a video and photo graphs of the entire surprise. A moment we will always be truly greatful to him for recording. He even placed a"Happy 10th Anniversary" banner on the front windshield. And that's not all, after he allowed some time for my wife's excitement to settle, he stuck around for another 20 minutes to give her a brief on the vehicle. I'm happy he did, because I learned alot about the vehicle and wouldn't have covered a fraction of the things he told her. We've had the car for a few days now and we love it! Overall, Sander's Ford offers substantial rebates and have a no BS attitude. Saved thousands! I wish everyone would have my same level of satisfaction when buying a vehicle. The only way I know to make that happen is to head over to Sander's Ford and ask for Jason Brown. If he's not there, I'd wait for him or return on a day he'd be there. I know it may sound like a corny infomercial, but it's the truth. If you're buying a vehicle anyway, you might as well give them a try.
