He was extremely polite and also knowledgeable about all of the cars, he took the time to understand what I was looking for, and was never pushy or tried to have me purchase something out of my price range. Mykola Sywanyk also worked extremely hard to get me an outstanding interest rate on my loan. I was previously approved at a much higher rate, but he was determined to get better (and he did!). I signed my papers yesterday feeling very pleased with my experience. I know a great deal about my Ford Fusion and its features down to the smallest detail (thanks Randy!) and also about my warranty and additional resources (thanks Mykola!).
