Service department is completely incompetent and end up doing more damage than fixing, if you want your vehicle damaged or ran out of fuel then by far 10 out of 10 take it to this dealership to get worked More

We strive to provide our customers with 1st class Service and Sales. We love to have feedback whether its good or bad to further assist on processes and employee coaching. 99.9% of the time we are able to correct any visit issue's or mistakes on our end to make things right. With the lack of response from such a terrible visit I have concerns to whether this is a legitimate survey taken by a customer in need. This was not a one time occurrence and have continually been let down by sanders ford service department, in some instances other ford dealerships were paying yall to fix there mistake and when they got the quote from yall even they said the prices were outrageous and they helped me find somewhere reasonable, not to mention everytime i take a vehicle in to sanders ford service department i have to end up helping the "Ford Certified Techs" find the issue because they cant find it. It's always lovely walking in to such "amazing" customer service to talk to some snooty service advisors that wanna say my warranties arent covered by yall till i get in contact with McDavid ford all the way in Texas to tell your advisors theyre wrong. So I regret to inform you that there is absolutely nothing you can do to "make this up to me" because everytime your dealership causes more stress and damage to my property than good. You will never have my business or referrals ever again, I wouldnt trust this dealership to pick a pebble out of a tire tread of any vehicle.

Thanks for reply. For someone to have such issue's with our service department I'm not sure why my Service Manager or myself haven't ever had the chance to help you. We have reached out and I still don't know what we worked on, or when. I guess it's much easier to bash us from behind a keyboard. I'm not sure why you didn't fix it yourself. It's apparent you have much more mechanical abilities than any Technician at any Ford dealership. As far as pricing, we are cheaper than any OEM brand within our area. After reading your post & response, I am perfectly fine with your decision to take your vehicle elsewhere. Good luck to whomever that would be. I'm sure they will regret the interaction.
