I have never had to bring my car, or my wife’s car back to the dealership for any type of service not being completed on the first visit. Upon leaving from my last service, Marshall had even placed a “Thank you for choosing Sand Mountain Toyota” with a bottled water that also stated “I hope you have a Merry Christmas”.
