We left our car at the dealership on Monday and said the part would be here Wednesday and would have it ready sometime Wednesday morning. They didn’t call and let me know what was going on. I called several times and the receptionist said she didn’t know what was going on and we couldn’t reach the service person. I continued to call just trying to get an update. It took for ever for someone to give me an answer on when to pick it up. We were finally told the car would be ready by 3:30. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
