As a single older woman, buying a car on my own seemed a bit daunting. Although I did all of the research/etc, it was still a very unpressured (and since it was my first auto purchase on my own - exciting!) bit daunting. My sales rep, Kenny, was very patient and the young man in the finance department (sorry! don't recall his name but he has a lovely wife and beautiful children in his office photos!) was also great to work with and patiently answered all of my questions. Others in the office were also quite pleasant and engaging and the comradery amongst the employees made the entire 'truck buying experience' smooth and (almost) enjoyable.
