Cameron Miller did an excellent job helping me get to the the truck I actually needed and wanted. He was VERY knowledgeable with the vehicles and I would recommend him and San Tan Ford to anyone I know who is in the market for a new or used car. Well done San Tan Ford and Well done Cameron Miller! More

The way car buying should be First off, the salesman was nothing but accommodating. He made car buying about my wife and I and never once did I feel he was pushing his agenda. He First off, the salesman was nothing but accommodating. He made car buying about my wife and I and never once did I feel he was pushing his agenda. He was personable, understanding and took the time to go through the buying process methodically with us to fit OUR needs. The dealership had plenty of inventory and options for us to explore. They made getting all the final paperwork completed in the simplest fashion. At no point did I feel pushed into getting something whether it be add ons or the car itself that didn’t fit what we wanted. I felt that Both the salesman and the final paperwork/sales person made it a personal goal to ensure we left satisfied. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the process and will return for my future vehicle needs! More

Like the first purchase, this went down without a hitch, took very little of my time or haggling, and the product delivered was superb! My salesperson, Internet Sales Manager Jeff Ochs, was exceptional! He never attempted to play the "new car salesman" game. He was straightforward, honest and most courteous. Made the entire transaction painless! Jeff made sure delivery of my Expedition was clean, all features carefully explained and all paperwork completed without a hiccup. Great job Jeff! Overall an exceptional experience and I am one tough customer to please! More

Detailing team needs help One thing I would like to see is a much better detailing job on the car and SUV that I bought. That was the only item that was sub par. The location One thing I would like to see is a much better detailing job on the car and SUV that I bought. That was the only item that was sub par. The location of the final pickup isn't idea and should be really better lit, so the customer can see any imperfections or a great detail job (which wasn't provided). I feel either the detail department doesn't have a brightly lit area to work on the cars and/or this dealership needs to hire a new crew. I know I could detailed the car better myself. Other than that, the sales people are great, accessory team was great, finance was OK, technical person was awesome and the facility seemed clean. More
Garbage Service Departmet I had the unfortunate experience of working with this dealership. I purchased new a 2017 Mustang GT Premium with Performance Package from them. Afte I had the unfortunate experience of working with this dealership. I purchased new a 2017 Mustang GT Premium with Performance Package from them. After the break-in, I noticed when I ran the vehicle hard the interior would fill with exhaust gasses. Obviously the incompetent techs were not of any help, as I predicted, but the worst part was absolutely the way that Jesus handled (or rather, didn't handle) the situation. He didn't communicate with me, didn't return calls, didn't engage management when asked to, absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life. He treated me poorly, spoke to me poorly, and in general is not someone that should be interacting with customers at all. I took my vehicle to Courtesy Chevrolet and traded it in on the FAR superior Camaro SS 1LE to resolve the issue. This dealer, the service department, it's management, and Jesus are the reason why I chose to switch brands entirely. Garbage customer service. More

As a matter of fact the silver lining to the whole process was the Sales Consultant, Michael Donlevy, who was professional, courteous and was the reason why I wanted to take my business across town (I am from Litchfield Park) and become their customer. I was looking at a Ford F-150 Blue Jeans Lariat with the 502a package. Something I had my heart set on. It costs a pretty penny too, and rightfully so, you are getting a very nice truck. Here is where things take a turn, that just left the whole new car buying experience south on me and has me reconsidering the whole car buying process. I left upset and somewhat angry. The first item. The car has 1200 miles on it. The dealer has been driving the car around. By definition, this is a slightly used car and has depreciated by 11%, from every definition of the word and what a car depreciates to when driven off the lot. The dealership was using semantics such as 'It wasn't registered'. They were not willing to consider that fact when negotiating... I find that if I were to do the same thing with that vehicle, they would take more than 11% of the value from that vehicle. They were at best trying to tale 1000 off.... laughable, its a percentage not a dollar figure and it is, by ever sense of the word, used and thus should be treated as such with an understandable depreciation value. The next item that had me scratching my head. I had a sales manager give me an initial quote on the car at around 56K. The car is showing online at 54K. Not only did the sales manager not cross reference their own website, they were not even on the same page as their own online price and quite frankly, the perception was they tried to pull the wool over my eyes. Finally, the GM, who calls the shots, was in negotiations with me this morning, felt he was not budging on price (which, honestly is his own prerogative and needs to understandably make a profit... this is a business after all). But the man reeked of alcohol on a Monday morning. I am not trying to say the man is an alcoholic or that he had been drinking on the job... I am just saying if I held a match up to his mouth there would have been a fire. With that being said, I will not do business any further with them as it seems they do not understand the definition of new versus used, they don't know their own pricing for vehicles and their GM might have a substance abuse problem. I wish we had come to an accord, but it did not happen that way. This is not retaliatory in the fact I didn't get the deal I wanted (just an unfortunate fact). There seems to be some issues and professionalism issues going on behind the scenes.
