Summarizing the Purchase My experience was very transparent (a popular phrase). When I initially talked with Matt on the day before the purchase there was never any pressure. He showed me a car I thought my wife would like and presented all the financials. Came back the next day and went through the process which was pretty quick. Went to finance and we signed all the papers. Then headed to the automobile instructions. Just to let you know Matt was not only very helpful but friendly and courteous. A pleasure to do business. Finally Jim Hairston was exceptionally helpful in explaining all the electronic aspects of the car. All in all the team was very good and I think I would come back when I upgrade my car. Thanks!
