When I first stepped foot onto the SanTan Ford Dealership , where I was greeted by Mike Bushell, I felt very welcomed. I was up front from the get-go, that I wasn't sure I was ready to trade in my vehicle ,and that I was just looking. I never felt pressured , and to be honest, high pressured salesman , no matter what I am shopping for, are always a turn off. Mike took the time to get to know me, know my concerns , and learn exactly what I was looking for and why. His no pressured laid back style, made the experience more enjoyable. So much so, that I took the time over a few weeks to make sure that I was ready, as buying a new vehicle is a big decision. He checked in with me and let me know about specials and when they were happening, and I greatly appreciated that. I decided to purchase a Ford Explorer and I LOVE IT!
