Unfortunately the dealership didn’t have the exact vehicle we wanted but our sales person, John Dye, went above and beyond to make it happen for us by getting exactly what we wanted from another dealership. I’d also like to mention I contacted the dealership ahead of time and set up an appointment to look at vehicles and John came in hours early to work around my schedule. Overall the experience was very good and would recommend the dealership and John! More

Always excellent support I turned in a lease on a 2016 Fusion and started a new lease on a 2019 Fusion Hybrid. I've done two other purchases through this dealer for other cars I turned in a lease on a 2016 Fusion and started a new lease on a 2019 Fusion Hybrid. I've done two other purchases through this dealer for other cars too. I'm pretty lucky that I like Fords, because at this point I would have trouble imagining working with any other sales or finance groups. More than anything, I love that I'm never surprised; every number Matt gave lined up perfectly in finance. When comparing features between the 2018 and 2019 or between the energi and hybrid Matt had every detail available. Matt told me about the differences I'd feel in torque between the 2016 2.0L with ecoboost and he gave ballpark estimates about the fuel economy I'd expect based on what I had been seeing. After a week in the car I can confirm everything he told me was spot on. Being able to trust the staff at San Tan Ford made it so much easier for me choose a car with confidence. More

Straight up lied to my face! BEWARE!! They will bait and switch you here! I was working with a sales rep and a manager on a 2018 ecoboost lariat truck. I only drove one truck and BEWARE!! They will bait and switch you here! I was working with a sales rep and a manager on a 2018 ecoboost lariat truck. I only drove one truck and was only interested in one truck. I left the dealership and the communication continued through the weekend on the phone. We settled on a price and the sales rep told me to come down quickly before they closed on Saturday night. When I got there the rep told me he couldn’t find the truck and they must have sold it. So I started looking around the lot. I found it in the back. They said “oh we couldn’t find it” (strange) but I didn’t care I was excited to buy my new truck. We went in to do paperwork and the rep comes back and said my manager says that’s not the truck we agreed on. I told them we have only been negotiating this truck all weekend. He said I know but my manager is saying that’s not the truck. Funny thing is this is the only truck they had with 4,000 miles on it so we all new this was the truck. The salesman acknowledged it was the truck but the manager started back peddling. I went straight to the manager and asked him what was going on? He said “that’s not the truck I gave the price on.” I asked him what truck he gave the price on and he said “I don’t know.” Are you kidding me! What a waste of my time! They will tell you anything to get you back in the door, then they will try to hide the truck and tell you they must have sold it (you mean to tell me a truck disappeared from your computer database? They must think I’m an idiot), and then when you find it on the lot and they will tell you that isn’t the truck. So rediculous! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone unless you like being screwed with and your time wasted! Discussing tactics! More
