Just an amazing experience I had an amazing experience at this dealership this past weekend. I was looking to trade in my 2014 Focus ST for a new 2018 ST and after doing some se I had an amazing experience at this dealership this past weekend. I was looking to trade in my 2014 Focus ST for a new 2018 ST and after doing some searching on cars.com, I found that San Tan Ford had 3 in the price range I was looking for. I sent a message to San Tan Ford via Cars.com and received replies from both Mike Fattaleh and John Dye and set an appointment for 10:45am on Saturday. When I got to the dealer, I was informed that Mike was running late and was offered to work with another salesperson. I decided to wait for Mike instead. Life happens and I had nothing going on so I had no problem waiting. John pulled the keys for me and Mike arrived and showed me the cars. He started to apologize but I told him it wasn't needed. He had a crazy morning, which I completely understand. This is where it became great. Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. No haggling, no hustling, just straight and to the point. I had already done my research so I knew what my payment was going to be and he confirmed my math. They gave me 2k more for my trade than I was expecting and worked a great deal for me. I literally just had a conversation with Mike. We shared life experiences, laughed quite a bit, and I had a great time getting to know him as a person. Mike is just an awesome person. John would check in on me periodically to see how the deal was going which was kind of him and appreciated. Abe in the finance department was amazing to work with as well. Super chill guy with a great attitude. John got my new car all prepped and ready for me and helped me get some items out of my old car. We chit chatted a bit until my new car was ready. Super cool dude and totally chill. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I feel like I made some new friends. I would highly recommend San Tan Ford if you are looking for a new car. Definitely ask to work with Mike and John. You will not be sorry. More
