John Dye and the rest of the team made the whole process quick, easy and painless. Nearly the entire process was completed online so I was driving home in a brand new car in all of 45 minutes. John and the staff even stayed late on a Sunday to complete the sale because I couldn’t make it in until 15 minutes prior to closing. I’m thrilled with my new car and glad I chose San Tan Ford. If you’re looking for a new vehicle in the greater Phoenix area, John Dye and San Tan Ford should be the only place you’ll need to look. My one and only complaint? They’re too far from where I live for service ;) More

Above and Beyond I worked with John Dye at SanTan Ford in Gilbert, AZ. I had a 2018 F-150 2WD XLT SuperCrew truck and was interested in upgrading to same exact truck/t I worked with John Dye at SanTan Ford in Gilbert, AZ. I had a 2018 F-150 2WD XLT SuperCrew truck and was interested in upgrading to same exact truck/trim but with 4WD. I had made 1st contact by email and made an apt at the dealership. When I get there, at the same time, John just drove up in the exact truck I had eyed. I had a pretty stringent goal in mind but it was on the low-end so after negotiating for a while, it seemed it was not going to work. he enlisted a finance person to help but seeing as I was not budging, the negotiations ended and I thanked John for his time. However, John didn't give up. Even as I was driving off, he called and mentioned other options to get to the payments/term I wanted to be; things I had not considered. I turned around, listened and turns out what he suggested, got me payments/term I was comfortable with and later drove off with my new truck, ready for weekend dirt road trip. Point is, he didn't give up when others did and his ingenuity got me what I wanted. He went above and beyond. More
