When you bought a bad Vroom vehicle San Tan has been our family's dealer of choice for Service since 2011. Recently we went rogue and purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer Limited from Vroom.co San Tan has been our family's dealer of choice for Service since 2011. Recently we went rogue and purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer Limited from Vroom.com (yes, I know, dumb). Upon delivery we noticed a few things that weren't right with the body and took it to San Tan Service for an inspection during our "7-day test drive" period, where they confirmed there appeared to be body work to the vehicle that Vroom.com did not disclosed to us. So we returned the Vroom.com Explorer...enter our favorite team who saw an opportunity and seized it. There was a 2017 Ford Explorer Limited that San Tan Used Cars just acquired and they took us right to it (intake writing still on the windshield and not yet detailed). We were interested so they put it at the front of the line for their internal inspection. They were able to certify it and within a week we were driving our Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Ford Explorer Limited!! That was out 4th purchase at San Tan (3 used, 1 new)...never going rogue again! Customer Service After being a customer for over 11 years and spending close to $200,000.00 dollars in new car purchases and 7 years of service and repairs they though After being a customer for over 11 years and spending close to $200,000.00 dollars in new car purchases and 7 years of service and repairs they thought swollen lug nuts, that should be covered by Ford should be replaced by me for $160.00. It seems to me that if you sell a product that you should back the product you sell. I have only 28000 on my vehicle and if they know they have a problem that they should back what they sell. As of today they have lost a customer and at the end of the day it won't be a big hit to them but like the fact that I will be taking some revenue from them. More
