Alex Lopez is AMAZING! I tagged along to my sons first car purchase for guidance and he did not even need me. Experience with John Dye John was fantastic to work with!...no pressure, sense of humor and compassion..TMI..while with John received call from Hospice concerning my husband John was fantastic to work with!...no pressure, sense of humor and compassion..TMI..while with John received call from Hospice concerning my husband in memory care...he is in memory care and I can not see him due to corona virus , so Hospice nurse asked if I wanted to speak with Chris and I did as best as Chris could understand and John waited patiently while I took the call...of course I was upset and John stepped back and let me composemyself until we moved on with the car transaction...I was wanting to downsize from Explorer to Escape due to the change in my life (do not need big car anymore)..finance officer did not pressure me for extended warranty and that was great as well.
