John Dye was patient and willing to communicate via text with me and sent me multiple options. After three days of texting back and forth he found the perfect ride for us. We came in, test drove, and made the purchase. It was that easy. I know how dealership sales work...I was in them myself. John gave an honest price on the truck and I didn't even feel the need to negotiate. He also stayed with us throughout the entire process from start to finish. I actually enjoyed buying a car from James and San Tan Ford I was almost dreading going through the car buying process but I stopped to "look" at San Tan Ford and met James. He listened to what I wanted and then showed me some great choices. With his help I narrowed down to two choices and he got me fair prices quotes quickly. I was looking for a longer bed F-150Then I already had I had a 13-year-old truck great shape did not want to let go of it had new tires on it but I needed a longer bed truck for my tools. I would say it was fair they made money but that’s what this is all about as I got into the truck and pulled away I was really pleased with the performance. I only test drive it for a little distance I’m not a person that really is gung ho on vehicles but I am very pleased with this purchase. John is a true Sales Advisor as opposed to the stereotypical salesman you normally find at a dealership. He provide options based on our preferences, educated us on the different options, and wasn't afraid to let us know if we were headed in a direction on options/engine/packages he wouldn't do himself. Not only that, but after delivery we noticed that there was a flaw in part of the material on a door panel. Most would have said "Sorry, but that wasn't there during inspection and we have to assume that it must of happened after delivery.". Not John... He goes to bat for you even after the deal to ensure you get what he would want out of a purchase. You can trust John as your New/Used Car Advisor as I believe he truly is Client focused and has your best interest at heart. More
