I previously had a service issue which was escalated to a true gentleman! It took me several months to get the information back to them, and incredibly Mike remembered me and the issue! I went to Ford to order the 2022 Bronco. I was told at reception that there were two individuals that I needed to speak with regarding Bronco’s. One took me to the other, then passed me off to Billy Brady reception that there were two individuals that I needed to speak with regarding Bronco’s. One took me to the other, then passed me off to Billy Brady who I worked with. He didn’t have a very good understanding of the Ford website and how to order a Bronco. When I left, I have emailed numerous times asking for the order sheet and calculation. I haven’t heard anything in almost a month. This dealership passes the buck and doesn’t respond. Go somewhere else. More
