Met with John today. He was incredibly informative and patient with me. We built a bronco to my specifications and I never once felt pressured. Very positive experience. I ordered a 2022 f350 from Matt August of last year. Despite ford telling him it would be 6-8 weeks, with the parts issues, it took 5-6 months for my truck to be here. Matt was responsive each time I contacted him, even on his days off. He held ford, the shipping company and the train depot accountable for the misquoted time frame & got me into a rental car which he made sure the dealership paid for on top of always keeping his cool when I was far from myself. Once my truck arrived, he delivered the truck to me at work and took the rental back so I wouldn't have to stress about any of that. Even now, the check engine light is on in the truck and every ford dealer is more than 48 hour diagnostic time for diesels. I texted Matt in tears and he immediately got me in at San tan for my truck to be looked at. I cant tell you how great it is to have a sales guy who goes the extra mile like he does. He truly saved my opinion of San tan ford. More
Again why the dealer model needs to go away for good!!! I have purchased 55 cars in 30 years, most in the last 13 years outside of the traditional dealer network. Here is my experience with this place (Inter have purchased 55 cars in 30 years, most in the last 13 years outside of the traditional dealer network. Here is my experience with this place (Interestingly the owner Tim Hovic sits atop of the Ford Dealer Council) I guess he has some work to do with his team in basic customer service etiquette with a customer who buys a lot, and has a very high demand car on trade.. Okay, so a friend of mine traded in his 2021 Rapid Red Mustang Mach E GTPE for his previous ordered 2021 Mustang Mach E GT (non PE) I am very aware of what they gave him, which is fine and up to him.. So immediately as he posts the car is available at San Tan, I reach out with a BOT first, then Moe Faragallah responds with an email from San Tan. I indicated I have a 2021 Mustang Mach E GT (non PE) 2400 miles, that I may be interested in trading on that GTPE in stock.. I asked what the price was, what their OTD costs are, before I get a value on mine. I have spent millions on cars, and always do my due diligence first, so their time and my time is not wasted. Immediately he said it’s sold. Hmm, I found that strange, so I reached out with another email and it’s been available, and has pics now online, priced at $12k more than trade, before all their “options” and fees (BTW the options were previously installed by owner) anywho.. so I email back, asking why is he playing games? He was going to get back to me and never did, then makes up a story, that the car had to go for an inspection, but forgot he already lied to me and said it was sold. Do yourself a favor, and avoid these Stealership clowns. My experience outside the dealers are so much better, with no games from inexperienced, ignorant sales people.. This model is dying, Ford hates the markup games all these guys are doing, and so direct sales will be the future with service centers.. Time is running out! Which is a GREAT thing for the consumer. Overall good buying experience. Easy and quick sign after we finally agreed on final price. My customer info was incorrect when signing but was corrected quickly. after we finally agreed on final price. My customer info was incorrect when signing but was corrected quickly. More
Crazy times we live in, unfortunately, with dealerships like, San Tan Ford, taking advantage of the people, and the circumstances. They are markings up their vehicles exponentially. The specific vehicle th like, San Tan Ford, taking advantage of the people, and the circumstances. They are markings up their vehicles exponentially. The specific vehicle that I wanted to purchase, had a markup of $10k, and from researching the car’s community, once had a markup of $15k at this location. It doesn’t end here, unfortunately. This dealership also adds things to the vehicle once delivered, such as window tint (not the best quality in the industry), edge guards, interior protection, and GPS. All of this adds an additional almost $3k to the vehicle. They are essentially double dipping with markups, and dealer installed add-ons. You can get much better quality “add-ons” locally in the community. I would consider paying for their add-ons, but not on top of a $10k markup. In the end, I would advise consumers to skip the middle man, and order directly from Ford. Additionally, I was able to find a dealership, not locally, that was not doing markups. Shame on this dealership for taking advantage of Ford consumers! Unless you have money to waste, look elsewhere. P.S. As I write this review, I just received a text from a salesperson that’s states, “We are not double dipping, we are trying to survive.” Aren’t we all? However, there’s a fine line that we don’t cross, when trying to survive. The message also try’s to protect the survey of this salesperson. He states, “And if you were to agree to buy the car at this point, in order to protect myself and the store it’s probably best we don’t do the deal, because I have to ask you for a perfect survey at the end of all this…. Sorry for the inconvenience.” Folks, you have been warned. Stay away from this dealer. I served two decades in the Air Force, this dealership is nice enough to have “Veterans Designated Parking” yet they still “need to survive” by taking advantage of people. The additional texts I just received, also gives me an uneasy feeling that these folks are not trying to win a lifetime customer, they are more concerned about their imagine. More
