What an incredible and painless car buying experience! I’ve bought numerous cars in my life and this one takes the cake by far as far as an enjoyable experience. Service here can not be any worse. My truck is still under the power train warranty and started knocking. They tell me I need a new motor and they can't warranty it because they found My truck is still under the power train warranty and started knocking. They tell me I need a new motor and they can't warranty it because they found a piece of metal in the engine they can't identify. This truck has 55k miles and has been babied. Because they can't identify the foreign object (it's been basically forged in the combustion chamber) I guess they don't want to cover it and expect me to pay for it. James Rubio my service advisor accused me of installing an after market part and causing the damage. I showed him proof the part was installed 9k miles ago and would not have caused that type of metal or damage inside the motor. They can't identify where the metal came from or how it got into the combustion chamber but after contacting the service manager and filing a complaint with the AZ attorney general, they are trying to get Ford warranty to cover it. We shall see what happens but so far I wish I would have went to another dealer.y experience has been horrible, stressful, and quite frankly irritating that won't cover it when they should. More

Rather than provide customer service his response was. "This is Mike Cleichert and I am here at the dealership. I do not have a available Maverick at this time." Not a but if you have any questions I am here to help just we don't have any. It felt like it was a bother to talk to him. I have been dealing with several dealerhsips. Most are terrible so this doesn't surprise me. The internet Sales manager reached (Dustin Duff) out and tried to make up for it. But alas first impressions are the strongest. Clearly Mike doesn't care about setting up future sales. If you can't buy now I am not wasting my time is the vibe I got. (to be fair tone cannot be translated via text) I explained to Dustin what happened and how I felt. He asked if he could help with my questions. I told him no that I would be moving on to another dealership. Unfortunately I will never do business with San Tan Ford in the future because of this. I hope they will teach their people better etiquette when texting. More
I reviewed the Santan Ford web site and found the truck I had been looking for. I asked if the truck by stock number was still available and it was confirmed that it was there. I drove 1 1/2 hours to the dealership to look at the truck. The sales person I was corresponding with drove the truck around to the front for me to see. It was not as shown on there web site or priced as shown on the sticked price listed on web site. The truck had been upgraded with the change the tires and interior. The price had increased in creased price by at least $12,000.00. Be very cautious of The Santan Ford web site as it will mislead you. I would not deal with Santan Ford. More
John was very easy to work with. I was on the look out for an Edge. John was very kind and pleasant as we walked and drove around the lot seeking out the cars I saw on-line. Very knowledgeable of the vehicles! I received a very fair deal on trade in and drove home a new Edge this afternoon. I will definitely return to San Tan Ford and seek John as my salesman!
