We went in looking for a very specific vehicle as we had done our research prior to going out into the market. When we showed up John greeted us and was very helpful and honest with us regarding all of our done our research prior to going out into the market. We asked John for his card as we told him if we decided to go with Ford we would like to come back and go through the sales process with him. At that point a manager who identified himself as Cameron came out and talked with us about what we thought. I expressed the vehicle we had in mind for Ford was a bit smaller than we anticipated as the competitors we looked at were a bit roomier. He then began directing his conversation at my husband while I was the one asking questions. My husband walked away from the conversation at which point Cameron asked what our budget was. Once I answered with around where we would like to keep out budget around he proceeded to try to tell me I couldn't afford anything on their lot unless I bought a 2015 used vehicle which would not be more false. It was very clear he was trying to make a pressure sale. We walked out of the dealership and will not be going back in the future. More
