My teenage son’s Ford Mustang broke down and was requiring significant repairs. We decided to shop for a new Ford vehicle for him and decided on a Ford Maverick truck because of the price point and requiring significant repairs. We decided to shop for a new Ford vehicle for him and decided on a Ford Maverick truck because of the price point and features. San Tan Ford in Gilbert Az is still applying dealership markups in spite of notifications from the CEO of Ford to halt this practice. A $10k mark up on a $27k Ford Maverick is ridiculous. This sets a bad name for the Ford brand. My first vehicle I owned was a Ford Mustang but I will not be buying another tool Ford vehicle which is unfortunate because I was planning on replacing my 2008 Tundra with an F250 or Raptor in the near future. I imagine I am not the only consumer that feels this way. On a positive note, they did negotiate the mark up down $3k and added a spray in bed liner. But in the end the mark up because we can tactics have left a bad taste for the Ford brand and the San Tan Ford dealership. More
I started my business with San Tan by inquiring over the internet. Erica was quick to respond. We quickly settled on a price, except it was late on a Friday. I work in Sales, have my whole career. She's got the winning combo of professionalism, humor, attentive to details, and clearly dedicated. When I come back to buy my next vehicle, I expect she will have been promoted well within your ranks. Steve in Finance was also a gem. Very professional and well spoken. Clearly he is where he belongs. My total experience was actually the best experience I've had buying a car. We drove 50 miles each way and I'll be glad to do it on my next purchase. Y'all win! More
Working with John Dye was an awesome experience. John actually started getting some information over the phone to cut down on the time we had to be there to purchase our lease. We had just left and already on the expressway when I received a txt from John Dye advising me I left my Oakley jacket and the times that he would be there but if he was not there. It would be at the Reception Desk. I txt John to tell him I was almost there and John was there to meet me at the door with my jacket. John was very personable and very up beat and professional at all times. Will recommend John Dye. More

I don't even know what to do anymore. I have saved money this is the car I wanted I got to a point to where I could get it and now I don't even want it.
