Not only would I not recommend them, after 33 years of Ford ownership, I'll never buy another Ford and the experiences with this dealership are the reason. I gave them a description of what I felt was wrong, so the service dept. only looked into that, said nothing was wrong and fixed nothing. After several visits to get the issues fixed, the got worse and SURPRISE, my warranty is now expired. Now they seem to have the intelligence to diagnose the problem and for a mere $1000 they will fix it. More

They did all the right things for me to buy the vehicle. The finance paper had to be redone so we were there for about three hours until finally being able to drive off the dealership in our new car. My wife and I stopped in to check out what they had on the lot USED and were very clear about that. It's expected that sales will be pushy, I get that and understand. The sale guy was pushy about looking at new, quoted higher payments than what we stated or wanted (which always know your bottom line and what the payments will approximately be for that total price, which we did). Said he was getting a key to a car we actually wanted to test drive, just to check it out. Comes back without the key to the car and pushes us towards a more expensive new model. At which point, I said we really want something used, the payments and insurance will be lower. He responded with saying the payments are practically the same ($100 is a big difference) and then insinuated that I don't take care of my wife because she would be less safe and more likely to be stranded because of a break down with a car that was 2 years older than a new car. Granted she drives quite a bit for work, a 2 year old car isn't going to be that much more unreliable than a new car. Now that my character has been insulted we start to leave very upset so I stopped by the managers station to tell them they lost a customer and why. The manager didn't seem to care as he made sarcastic comments to me. More
