Pleasurable in most ways For the most part, our car buying experience was pleasurable. Shannon was very nice and she really got went out of her way to accommodate us. As first time buyers we learned a lot from this experience, and I'm glad that we were able to get the car we wanted all due to Shannon and Chris. There were a couple of negatives though. First we were not shown our car before we signed, as first time buyers we really didn't know about this and ultimately we did not end up with the car we thought we were getting,but we are ok with that this time around since the price is ok. Secondly the negotiations tactics were a little off putting and it makes us feel like they were seizing an opportunity since we are first time buyers . I say this due to us having x-plan and the price should of been a set price but the pricing was all over the place and we had to die hard negotiations before we bought a car which should not happen with x-plan. All around though we love our car and we will definitely buy a car from San Tan Ford again. Shannon and Chris are excellent sales people and made are experience very good. More

Caution buying from this dealership I would use extreme caution before buying from this establishment. They are actually pretty terrible and fit the stereotype of a dealer ship.
